Hi!!

I’m Molly — a fitness coach, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, and certified TRX instructor who fell in love with movement back in 2012. I’m also certified in and actively teach COMMIT Dance Fitness and COMMIT Sculpt, along with a variety of bootcamp and circuit-style strength classes.

Over the years, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t about punishment or perfection — it’s about building confidence, creating consistency, and feeling strong in your everyday life.

I created MMM because I’ve been exactly where you are: wanting structure, wanting support, wanting something simple and sustainable that actually works.

This program brings together everything that helped me transform my own routine — realistic nutrition, intentional strength training, and accountability that keeps you going even on the hard days.
